About Elsa:

Elsa has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2012. She practices particularly in civil and commercial litigation and in corporate and real estate law.

She also holds a DESS in business law from the University of Montreal. She also completed a bachelor's degree in French and Lebanese law from the University of Saint-Joseph in Beirut and still works with a Lebanese law firm in various cases in commercial and real estate law. Since 2017, she founded Mtlex, avocats and practices in civil and commercial law.

She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Since 2022, Elsa has joined a large-scale non-profit organization in terms of addiction and vulnerable population. Elsa worked closely with the President's Office to carry out government relations, government contracts at both the federal and provincial levels, update internal policies, privacy and ensure the corporate secretary services and annual general meetings.

Back in private practice, Elsa wishes to use her expertise at the service of the world of entrepreneurship and for health professionals and non-profit organizations in the sectors.

Besides her work, she is passionate about travel, outdoor sports and theater.

In June 2020, she has been president of Axent Entrepreneurs, an organization that helps Quebec entrepreneurs in different spheres of their entrepreneurial life: well-being, management, legal and communication.
